Remodeling
    
Over the years Jude Schmidt Custom Construction,
Inc. has completed many remodeling
projects. Remodeling requires many of the same construction techniques that new
construction requires, however there are many special needs as well:
- The client is usually living in the house during the remodel
- Scheduling workers access to the project with a minimum of disruption to the
clients schedule
- Scheduling of product and subcontractors needs to be tight to minimize
the disruption to the clients life
- Dust barriers from the remodeling area to the other parts of the house
need to be in place
- The construction area needs to be broom cleaned at the end of each day
- When the client isn't home Jude Schmidt Custom Construction,
Inc. has
responsible people who open the project for the workers and who make sure it
is locked at the end of the day
