Pools
Jude Schmidt Custom Construction has provided pools for many of our customers over the years. Most have been enclosed pools attached to the main living quarters. One of the most important features that will always be provided with any indoor pool that we provide is an automatic pool cover. Pool covers are the only effective way to contain the moisture from escaping the pool and building up in the pool room and eventually the whole house. This type of moisture can, over time, cause a lot of damage. Standard pool covers that a client has to roll out by hand are inconvenient and are often not used. By providing an automatic pool cover that retracts or covers the pool with the turn of a key, the client will be inclined to use the cover. This is epically true when the client plans on using the pool again within a few hours, with the automatic pool cover they can easily cover the pool for those few hours, something that they might not do with a standard cover. Also, as we all know, 2-3 hours can turn into tomorrow very easily. One last advantage of an automatic pool cover is that they operate with a key that can be removed to prevent younger children from having access to the pool when adults are not around.
